Absolutely. Art is a link to the past. It provides an enjoyable perspective from which people can examine the history. And also, art encourages imagination. It shows people how they might express their own feelings and experiences through different kinds of arts such as painting and drawing.

Yes, I like many different types of art, actually. I love traditional Chinese paintings and calligraphy, as well as abstract art, sculpture and even performance art. I enjoy visiting museums and art galleries when I have time.

NO. I am not particularly an art fan. So, I have never visited any art gallery, although I do like watching the paintings made by those famous painter such as Van Gogh and Cezanne.

I've visited lots of art galleries. I enjoy modern art galleries the most, but I also like to see painting and artwork from history as well. There are quite a few different art galleries in my city and I sometimes go to the temporary exhibitions at one gallery in particular. I know some who work in art and we often talk about paintings.

Not really. Art is a really vast subject, I believe and if it is about drawing things here and there, I would say I am pretty fine at it. But, I am surely not one of those who can go on to make some master pieces. I just enjoy the process of creation.

I think it's traditional art. I like sketching natural things, the ones that are very near to nature. It could be mountains or rivers or the trees, anything that is near to nature. In Chinese landscape painting, these natural scenes have their own soul, not just a mountain or a flower, they seem to be the spirits between heaven and earth.

Modern art. Each era has its own unique culture and art. Modern art is the artistic views and expressions of our generation or generations, which are closer to our soul.
